Where does JCPT Health & Fitness Personal Train?

We train anywhere on Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches, whether that be at your house, a nearby park or even your place of work. We will come to you.

Where does JCPT Health & Fitness group training take place?

We currently run group training at Wahroonga Park and Cliff Oval. Class details can be found here.

How can I book a training session with JCPT Health & Fitness?

Can I join in a Group Fitness Class if I have never trained before?

Yes, anyone can join our Classes. Our trainers are able to tailor every session to a verity of fitness levels

Can I join in a Group Fitness Class if I have injury or recovering from one?

Yes, anyone can join our Classes. Our highly qualified trainers are able to tailor every session to accommodate a variety of injuries. Before you begin training with JCPT you will be required to complete a pre-screening questionnaire where you will be asked to provide details about your injury. In some cases we may contact your health care professional to discuss your injury further to ensure you are able to be participate without further aggravating your injury.

Will I be fit enough?

We are able to design a health & fitness program for any fitness level that will get you on the way to achieving your goals. Click here to register for your free trial

Can I Cancel a session?

A session may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. A cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time will require the session to be paid in full
