Well I think JCPT Health and Fitness is a must do for everyone! Apart from exercising with your friends and keeping fit, I enjoy Jess’s motivation and cheerful personality! She is very knowledgeable and is mindful of injuries and always has an alternative Exercise to protect the injury! JCPT Health & Fitness has transformed my perception of personal trainers. Initially I was skeptical about Personal Training but decided to give it a chance as I chose to play another season of soccer and needed my fitness to be at a higher level.
