Sessions for seniors

As we all grow older we need to make sure that we work with our health and fitness to maintain the strength and functionality to continue with daily life. We will assess you, design a program that suits you and guide you through your program so that you can maintain a healthy and mobile lifestyle.

Peak performance

We can help you improve your performance for any given sport at any level. To ensure that you reach your peak performance in your chosen sport we will individualise every aspect of your training program. Giving you that confidence that your body is prepared for competition. We at JCPT Health & Fitness also work closely with the Abbotsleigh Swimming Team to develop their strength and conditioning, to improve their performance at all levels including the Australian National Championships.

Injury rehabilitation

We help people with a variety of injuries, whether its a chronic injury or just a one off incident we can help. We will tailor your program to build strength to support your injury, depending on the severity of the injury we will work with your health professionals to ensure a speedy recovery
